Es erwartet Sie ein spannender Einsatz als Junior Entwicklungsingenieur für Kraftstoffsysteme (w/m/d) bei unserem Partner Airbus in Manching .

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration of Fuel Systems, sub-systems and equipment into various aircraft platforms, i.e. specification, qualification and certification of systems, sub-systems and equipment with respect to requirements, safety and reliability and according to the Airbus Defence and Space development process
• Solving thermo- and fluid dynamical as well as mechanical engineering tasks and problems, including the use of numerical simulation methods and tools
• In-service support for Fuel Systems and associated equipment: Support of defect or problem investigations (root cause analysis, development of problem solutions and modifications)
• Support of modification processes
• Preparation of certification and clearance documentation
• Technical management of system or component manufacturers and/or suppliers during development and in-service support
• Continuous monitoring of available technologies and identification of technology gaps
• Managing interfaces to related technical departments and functions (e.g. programme management, procurement, final assembly, maintenance, technical publications, technology management)
• Cooperation and coordination with internal, external, national and international subcontractors, suppliers, customers and partner companies

Ihr Profil

• Mind. Bachelor-Studiengang Ingenieurwesen oder Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in numerischer Systemmodellierung und Simulationswerkzeugen (z.B. Star CCM+, Simcenter Amesim, Flowmaster, CATIA) sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch- (mind. verhandlungssicher) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. versiert)
• Berufserfahrung in Grundlagen der Geräte- und Systemtechnik, mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Gebiet der Kraftstoffsysteme: Systemarchitekturen, Strömungsmechanik, Thermodynamik, Betriebsverhalten und Regelung von Luftfahrzeugsystemen allgemein sind erforderlich
• Gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einem internationalen Team, Selbstständigkeit und Systematik, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Stressresistenz und die Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Geschäftsreisen
