Ihre Aufgaben
The Jobholder (d/m/w) works as Category Buyer within the General Procurement Transport and Logistics Team, accountable for supplier strategy development, sourcing, contracting and management for Airbus Group-wide transport and logistics service providers, including activities related to customs and export control.
Airbus General Procurement Transport and Logistics is responsible for securing Airbus Group wide transport (air, sea and land-based) and logistics solutions for all Airbus sites and divisions by procuring the means from external service providers.
- Managing the end-to-end procurement activity for a portfolio of strategic service providers for transport and logistics services, including customs, across the Airbus Group
- Supporting and contributing to the deployment of the Airbus Procurement Market Segment Sourcing Strategy for transport & logistics, including associated policies
- Perform market intelligence evaluation in line with the Market Segment Sourcing Strategy; support and manage call-for-tenders (CFTs), including contract drafting and commercial negotiations, to achieve best-in-class purchasing solutions in line with internal customer needs, Company requirements and in compliance with Procurement processes and policies
- Supporting the Multi-functional / Multi-divisional Teams (MFT/MDT) through the CFT and contract lifecycle phases, especially with respect to service provider performance monitoring and continuous improvements up to claim management, including the lead for commercial settlement
- Establishing, expanding and intensifying long-term relationships with 3PL/4PL transport service providers and logistics service providers to ensure Airbus remains the preferred customer
- Managing the Companys internal stakeholders during all phases of the engagement wit the service providers, specifically in case of service evolution and during periods of crisis requiring especially strong support from and close collaboration with the providers
- Supporting specific projects to advance on Airbus strategic roadmaps in the field of sustainability, supply chain resilience, competitiveness, digitalisation and innovation

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain / Logistics, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement, Logistics oder Vertragsmanagement
- Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
- Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch (verhandlungssicher), Deutsch und Französisch ist von Vorteil
- Die Fähigkeit sich in multikulturelle und multifunktionale Teams einzufügen und sich gegenseitig in den Arbeitsaufgaben zu vertreten
- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Ein hohes Maß an Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen, um die entsprechenden Interessen gut zu vertreten
