Ihre Aufgaben

• Drive the operational success of the Enable Produce & Deliver area by providing dedicated support for the definition, development and implementation of ERP-based PMTD solutions.
• Act as a functional and management bridge between digital and business expert communities, supporting the end to end lifecycle of the projects – from initial functional gap analysis to implementation, migration, and user acceptance.
• Assist in the definition and update of Produce & Deliver referentials, ensuring ERP processes and tools are aligned with the business standards.
• Work closely with business key users from Production and Maintenance operations, as well as Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Services, to ensure seamless integration.
• Act as the primary support for Project and Workpage Leaders, driving specific project deliverables and providing the technical ground truth for successful implementation.
• Project Coordination & Support Operational Deliverable Tracking: Drive the execution of specific project work packages by monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks and risks, and ensuring the business expert community meets established deadlines.
• Expert Community Orchestration: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for business key users, coordinating their involvement in project phases and ensuring their functional requirements are accurately captured.
• Meeting & Workshop Management: Organize and facilitate functional workshops between Digital and Business teams to refine ERP requirements and resolve process gaps.
• Reporting Support: Consolidate ground truth data from the field to provide the Project Leader with accurate status updates on deliverables readiness.
• Functional & Technical Enablement Functional Analysis: Assist in translating industrial business needs (Production/MRO) into clear functional specifications for ERP modules and technical teams.
• Implementation and Migration Steering: Drive the business expert community through the implementation and migration lifecycle; you will steer the business in supporting digital teams for such phases.
• UAT Management: Coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by defining test scenarios, mobilizing testers, and driving the community to document and validate results against business standards.
• Knowledge Transfer and Deployment Governance: Oversee the creation and update of documentation and training materials by the expert community, ensuring referentials, processes, local procedures and instructions are updated, accurate and user-ready.
